As the demand in San Francisco Real Estate heats up so does the construction of new condo’s being developed in 2013.  Many of these condo developments are on sale now and expected to be completed by the end of this year or early 2014.  Many neighborhoods will increase in value as these new developments become available since most are to be priced around $1000 sq/ft.  Here are some of the current projects in development that you may not of heard of.
